1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

QualityTiles.net, hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the Social Networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Vimeo, and Google+, which is responsible for the processing of the user's personal data carried out on these social networks. It informs the user that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD). Therefore, the following information about the processing is provided:

What do we use your personal data for?

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER that may include the following operations:

- Process requests and inquiries submitted to the controller.

- Inform about activities and events organized by the controller.

- Inform about products or services offered by the controller.

- Interact through official profiles.

Why can we process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER's social network, showing interest in the information published on it. Therefore, when requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER gives us consent to process those personal data published in their profile.

The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, especially their contact name.

This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a CONTROLLER's file when necessary to process the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: They will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

Data communication: The information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including personal data, may be published, depending on the services the USER uses, and may become publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, like any third-party application that they no longer wish to use.

No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights that assist the USER: They can only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.

- Right to withdraw consent at any time.

- Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and the limitation or opposition to its processing.

- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

- Access to the public information of the profile.

- Publication on the USER's profile of all the information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network.

- Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels.

- Status updates that will be published on the USER's profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections. To do so, they must access their privacy settings.

3. POSTS

Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER's social network, they can post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, have copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the law is expressly prohibited.

In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER. The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for the content freely published by a USER. The USER should be aware that their publications will be known by other users, so they are responsible for their own privacy. The images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Access and registration through the CONTROLLER's social networks are prohibited for minors under 18 years of age. If the USER has special needs, the intervention of their legal guardian or representative will be necessary, through a valid document certifying the representation.

The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any responsibility that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or individuals with special needs. The CONTROLLER's social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, so if the USER is a minor, they should not register or use the CONTROLLER's social networks or provide any personal information.
