Indo: anti-slip stone-effect porcelain for indoors and terraces
Indo is the natural-stone-effect series designed to connect inside and outside: same pattern and same tones — Light, Silver, Argent and Mud — in a matt finish for indoors and anti-slip for terraces, porches and pool areas. Full body, in 60x120, 90x90, 60x60 and 30x60 formats, it goes from living room to garden without changing material.
The stone texture gives a floor that does not show dust or footprints and ages well in high-traffic areas. As porcelain, it resists frost, does not absorb water, is unaffected by chlorine or salt and is cleaned with a hose or mop. It is the usual choice for detached homes, hotels and restaurants with terraces.
If the project needs stone in a warmer tone or a slab format, see the rest of the stone-effect collection; for a rustic Mediterranean effect, Cotto.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Indo suitable for the area around a swimming pool?
- Yes, in its anti-slip finish. Porcelain does not absorb water, resists chlorine and salt and does not freeze. Choose a light tone such as Light or Silver so it heats up less in the sun.
- Can I use matt Indo inside and anti-slip outside with continuity?
- That is exactly what the series is designed for: both finishes share pattern, tone and format, so the living-room floor continues onto the terrace through a glass door with no visual change.
- Is the anti-slip Indo finish hard to clean?
- It has slightly more texture than matt, but it is cleaned with a pressure washer or a mop and neutral soap. It needs no treatments or sealers and, being non-absorbent, does not trap dirt inside the tile.
